on a hot day... rhubarb tea

So simple... and it's the best..
8 large stalks of rhubarb, chopp, add 8 cups of water, simmer for 1 hour. put through a sieve, add 1/3 cup sugar. Chill.. add mint. It's the best on a hot summers day.
