So simple... and it's the best.. 8 large stalks of rhubarb, chopp, add 8 cups of water, simmer for 1 hour. put through a sieve, add 1/3 cup sugar. Chill.. add mint. It's the best on a hot summers day.

My gramma used to grow rhubarb. Your drink sounds good.

Spring is the best time Tammy. You can get rhubarb starts at Lowes, Home Depot or any garden center..good luck.. rhubarb crisp is also a winner!
