There's nothing like fresh basil, and with all the rain this summer, we have lots of it! Today is the day to make pesto... and it couldnt be any easier... wash, drain, add oil, garlic, and of course, pine nuts...ahh, the wonders of a food processor! We'll be having a spendid dinner tonite!
