Who doesnt love a snow girl in January.. she can help fight the January blues. This is an order that I just completed for Jennifer.. and when the big thaw comes tomorrow, she'll still be around. Yipee!

Our hearth seems empty now after months of cutting, sanding, and painting these sweet wooden animals. They were a huge hit with everyone. Tom is wondering what project he will begin next...he's pretty sure that I'll come up with something good... soon.

We're back to blogging again. So much going on during this hectic season, but such fun.
I hope that everyone's Holiday was filled with joyous memories similar to this one..

I have been doing a bit of "Christmasizing" around the house. It is always so much fun unwrapping little treasures like this one, that make you smile and remember... This makes me think of fun times with my dear friend Mary..We had such fun dyeing the tiny trees and making this sweet little vignette... 'Tis what this Holiday season is all about.. remembering friends.

Waiting for the first real snowfall of the year... yes, it's so much easier getting around when the ground is bear, but oh so magical to rise and see this scene that has fallen so silently during the nite..

Here are some of the little beasties that found homes last nite at our annual Holiday update.. Thank-you, one and all for making what we do such a treat! This is Sterling.. he's still trying to find the fish market w/o his companion Puddles. She has gone to live in California where the sun shines warmly on her.. and Sterling is stuck here in cold Michigan.. he is still looking for a home. Thanks Carol for giving Sterling a home .
This is Roxy. She has been dancing around all morning and getting in the way of all the outgoing boxes... she is still waiting for a good home. Roxy will be dancing her way to a warmer climate! Thanks Jimsey.

It's almost here.. Holiday web update tomorrow...

They're all lining up to get their snapshots.. "me first they say". Of course these guys arent quite as rambuncious as those rowdy penguins, but they were out playing in the snow this morning... way before morning light.. They left melting footprints all thru the house.
