I have been doing a bit of "Christmasizing" around the house. It is always so much fun unwrapping little treasures like this one, that make you smile and remember... This makes me think of fun times with my dear friend Mary..We had such fun dyeing the tiny trees and making this sweet little vignette... 'Tis what this Holiday season is all about.. remembering friends.
Waiting for the first real snowfall of the year... yes, it's so much easier getting around when the ground is bear, but oh so magical to rise and see this scene that has fallen so silently during the nite..

This is Sterling.. he's still trying to find the fish market w/o his companion Puddles. She has gone to live in California where the sun shines warmly on her.. and Sterling is stuck here in cold Michigan.. he is still looking for a home. Thanks Carol for giving Sterling a home .
This is Roxy. She has been dancing around all morning and getting in the way of all the outgoing boxes... she is still waiting for a good home. Roxy will be dancing her way to a warmer climate! Thanks Jimsey.

Of course these guys arent quite as rambuncious as those rowdy penguins, but they were out playing in the snow this morning... way before morning light.. They left melting footprints all thru the house.
Yes, I will say, things are moving in the right direction here today.. 2 days until websale...
Yes, it is that time of year once again, so mark your calender for our 11th Annual Holiday Update on Wednesday December 14th at 6pm std. This little fella is what's happening today in the studio. Of course, he will have a much larger personality by then.. 4 days and counting..
It's a festival of penguins....I am having such a great time with these guys. I would love to have a flock of them for my mantel.
Now that the Holiday Season is here, I have been hard at work until the wee hours of the morning, with no end in sight. I have been trying to come up with an approximate date for our annual Holiday Update, and will post here as soon as I can narrow it down... I'm thinking' around the 11th or 13th. Notices will be sent to you, if you are on our email list. If not, email me, and we willl add you to the list. This is how the studio looks today.. bits and pieces of this at that everywhere.. 
It's a rather organized chaos tho... and just having all this Christmas hanging around me gets me more and more excited..
Some luck fella will surely end up with this little vintage tin train I found on my way back from West Virginia.. and how about the sweet little Atlantic City purse.. what a lucky little ted,who gets that, to be sure..
